Prelude, I do have to agree that constricting the airflow may outweigh the positive benefits of the Slim not getting as dusty inside, it seems like occasional bursts of canned air would serve the same purpose.
At the same time, you should definitely go with your idea--do the research, try some more stuff, don't be afraid to invest serious time and money in to this. That is how ideas/businesses get going.
Also I would probably change my gamertag or get an alternate one if you're going to propose serious business ideas in video game communities--the xx's and 420 mark you as a try hard bad kid more than a clever gamer/inventor who happens to enjoy partaking of the sacred leaf.
