Apparently, you can beat the game on any difficulty you want, then go to level select and play the final level on Uber to get all the difficulty Achievements in one shot. The PS4 version has already had this patched but according to xboxachievements people it works on 360 and XB1 for now.

Is there any way to remove patches on X box one in case I don't beat it before the patch releases?

Couldn't you change your Xboner settings to not do the auto-update and just not update it? You would probably have to play offline so your achievements wouldn't be time stamped, but you would still get them.

There's a 7GB update today. I'm almost at the end of the game so I'll let everyone know if they patched the difficulty glitch soon (hopefully within a couple hours).
Edit: Just finished it & the glitch still works

Thanks for the update beaver. I'll finish it probably this weekend. I'm too wrapped up in watch Dogs right now.

Finished this up last night. Ended with 650g. Knocked out all of the stealth and tactical perks, missed 1 assault and 4 demolition.
As far as pure FPS go, I thought this was pretty dang solid. I was mostly skipping cut scenes in the last half though, and I thought the sequences at the hideout really killed the pacing. I also found the ammo retrieval to be a pain, but I guess this was a throwback to old school games.
Worth a play for sure, but not sure if you can justify paying full price for it. Would make an excellent $20 game on down the road.
