I'd hop in a boat, Lake Erie's just a couple blocks from my house, and I'd start rowing for Canada. I doubt the zombies will bother with Canada.

Drive over to the city work area and take one of the town dump trucks and start running them over. Then I would hide out in the police station. Those places are well fortified, lots of guns, and they probably have some donuts left ( ;P sorry, couldn't help it).
