Noob..... A noob or n00b is someone that lacks intellegance or common sense, most people think that noob is a word used only in the online gaming world, but in reality it is becoming an ever popular word with teenage society.
a noob could be simply a level 100 running round shouting ''WTF DO I GO!?'' or someone calling someone else a noob and then getting hit with a brick, anyone can call anyone a noob, but normally they are noobs themselves.

a NOOB is somebody who is new at something, like a video game, or a forum ect. and annoy the veteran players/community members with their ignorance. On the other hand a NEWBIE is somebody who is new to a video game, or a forum ect. and either fits in right away, or is simply just there. doesnt annoy anyone in the slightest

i see a noob as a person who is new to something and is constantly asking questions that can be answered everywhere; also doing obviously stupid things because they didn't read/follow the rules. likes to bend rules to help them learn things quicker.
then there's a newbie, to me, these are people who are knew to something but have the intelligence to learn without being direspectful/disruptive to the rest of the community; also willing to learn the way things are meant to be learn in a mannerable way without trying to find shortcuts/cheats
