yeah you will have an advantage but you don't need teamwork to do good in those games. I've played a lot of mp with randoms, and while easier with people with mics it's not impossible to beat clans/groups with randoms while going HAM.

We randomly played together one evening.. Got slapped into a lobby together.. All of us are active or prior military, so "call outs" kind of came naturally.. We had fun and kicked major ass, so we kind of unofficial ly formed a team. Whenever we are all on we get together and go at it
