Microsoft has come out and said that the reason they don't have a browser is because if you got a virus it would basically brick the system. there is no anti-virus software and the 360 runs on on Vista, and you know how awesome Vista was at stopping viruses...

Not practical, unless they also made it a multi-task feature, where you could browse without having to go to the dashboard and have to boot your game up again.
