I found this episode to be the absolute worst offender of everything I dislike about the series to date. It was nonetheless another "Okay" addition to season two which has of yet to live up to it's predecessor in my opinion.
Here are some of my major concerns...
1) Sarah dies no matter what you do. Which is fine but is yet another character who you can "Save" but ultimately just dies a random pointless death later. You can also add Nick to this list who dies off screen during this episode.
2) You get ambushed and Arvo acted like I robbed him despite the fact I gave him the medicine earlier in the episode. So what was the point of making this the big moral decision if it plays out the same?
3) Rebecca was pretty screwed from the start but dies whether you do all the little things to help her or not.
4) Jane won't let you go with her despite the episode leading you to believe it was a possibility. It would have also been the first time a important choice would have branched out the story but no...she has too many issues for that.
5) Jane is literally the only interesting character introduced so far and off she goes...not unlike her doppelganger from season one. (Molly)

1) I actually axed her arm off seeing as it worked for Lee I figured it would work here as well, the pain and shock was way too much for her and she just dies because she refuses to move. Had I not axed it she would have died regardless.
2. Jane takes his gun even if you give the meds back, I chose to keep the meds so it was no different.
3. Rebecca could have recovered, she died due to Hypothermia and exhaustion, if you remember they're all already infected but only turn if they die. That's why Rebecca Reanimated.
4. Meh, Time limitations probably, way too much story to develop between episodes.
5. I actually really really like Mike and Bonnie, I feel they will probably take a bigger part in the next episode if not the next season.

I'm actually mad Bonnie is the one character from the DLC they gave a relevant role to. (The home wrecking hillbilly?) Besides that I find her very bland and have treated her unkindly ever since she helped Carver ambush you. I doubt people would be so forgiving irl. Plus that coat is HIDEOUS
I agree about choices having little impact overall. I purposely "was BFFs" with Sarah more often than I wanted to be, then took the time to save her ass, but given the choice between saving her, or Jane, when the deck collapsed, obviously I had to choose Jane. And apparently I'm right- because even if I jumped down after Sarah (suicide), she still would've died.
I hated Rebecca from the beginning- so I wasn't mad about her dumb character arc. She lied to men, got pregnant, & we're supposed to feel sorry for her? Nope- Kenny is my "BFF" and I sided with him for every decision. "We gotta leave now", and all that- and I took no time in shooting Rebecca in the face, at the end. You don't get a free pass, because you got knocked up. You're a liability. If it makes Kenny feel better, because he can take care of a kid now, great.
It would've been cool if you could've gone with Jane, but I didn't choose that option. Rarely can the "story" branch so far. If you want the last time that really happened in a video game, I can reference Wing Commander / Chris Roberts. Not WC2, 3, or 4, I'm talking about the original. And likely anyone else's examples, will be old-school PC games. Overall I was happy with my choices, and how things are playing out. Kenny is the man, and as long as I side with him, I'll be okay. Man's got issues. And he's STILL the strongest character in the group- despite his meltdown.
So here are my observations, opinions, whatever:
Jane reminded me too much of Molly... I was pissed that she decided to up and leave even though it appeared as though she was going to stick around, especially because in my choices I made her and Clem become close. I wonder if we'll see her again.
I trust Kenny less and less.
I knew Rebecca was going to die sooner or later.
I can't believe after all the hoops we had to jump through, Sarah dies anyway.
I can't believe how Nick died.
I don't know who to trust in the group anymore.
Clem is better off alone, like jane said.
And lastly,
I STILL WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO CHRISTA AND HER BABY!!
I really like Jane and I think she is going to play a bigger role later - but in this game you never know.
Christa and the baby are the real wild cards here. I personally couldn't leave her behind but I think Jane would in a heart-beat.
So if u chose to convince sarah she still dies? I left her..figured it might get someone else killed if I had to take the time to convince her.
Anybody chose the option to ask for help with Rebecca?

Yes. Kenny turns and blasts her in the face and then the shootout. Same shit.

Stealing the meds or giving them back or Arvo has the same result... In the end if you stole them he rats you out to his Russian pals; if you have them back he lies and pretends you stole them anyway. Regardless, there will still be a shoot out and confrontation.

give Arvo back the meds just to see if the end was different.
