I feel horrible for shooting Kenny, terrible for forgiving Jane, and down right disappointed in myself for turning away the family at the end.
Anybody else have mixed feelings? I thought it was a more emotional episode...and I wasn't disappointed in the way it played out. I just wish I did some things different.

Except for that "Luke" bullshit. Once again a major character dies no matter what.
The episode itself is kind of lame compared to last season's finale but does heat up somewhat during the predictable breaking point of the group. Kenny and Jane are the only semi interesting characters this season and thankfully this episode does center directly around their two philosophies. I give the finale a 6/10 and the series overall a 7/10. Just not quite up to the standard of the first one story wise and completely overshadowed by "The Wolf Among Us" imo.
I fucking hate Bonnie. Just saying. She ends up being a piece of shit as predicted. Also wtf is up with the Russians not being able to shoot for shit? They missed every single shot somehow despite having them surrounded and out gunned? LOL
So we get three endings...lets see how bad they fucked them up.
Ending 1:
Save Jane/Kill Kenny: This seemed most in character for me as regardless of Clem's fondness for Kenny she's unlikely to just watch Jane get stabbed to death for no reason (She is unaware Jane set the fight up on purpose and just assumes Jane lost the baby fighting Walkers). It fits the season which sets up Clem being self sufficient and points out the obvious pitfalls of being with a large group. The only bullshit here is why Jane would do any of this and risk so much. Seems completely out of character for her to let Kenny go ape shit on her just to prove a point. The Jane I got to know would just ask Clem to slip away with her the first chance she got. I did like the ending scene where Clem is on point with Jane backing her up. It shows they are more or less equal partners now (Which Clem has never been up to this point).
Ending 2:
Let Kenny kill Jane: So if you played Clem a bit more reserved then I did she might allow Kenny to stab Jane. (Total bullshit) Kenny then vindicates himself when the baby is found pointing out Jane had some hidden agenda and didn't give him a choice. You and Kenny then hit the road toward Wellington which sets up the most emotional scene in the game
Kenny's heartfelt pleas allow Clem and AJ entry into another gated community but just them. You can then either enter the gates and leave Kenny behind or stay with Kenny. Both of these seem like the "Happy" endings of the game but I just could not get over the fact you have to let Jane get savaged (Which is completely out of character) to get to this point.
Ending 3:
Alone: I'm not even going to get into this one in detail. It just involves you not saving Jane but somehow having the balls to shoot Kenny a moment later! Which is completely retarded. You end up alone and on the run...probably feeling dumb as hell.

There's technically 5 endings.
In addition to the alone ending, the choice to enter Wellington or to go with Kenny are two different endings. The fourth and fifth is wither or not you turn the family away.
But that's just me being nit-picky. I actually chose to...
Watch Kenny kill Jane and then stayed with him instead of staying in Wellington. The only thing that's going to suck is in Season 3 Episode 1, if Kenny is still with you, he's going to die somehow because he's become a determinant character like Ben, Carley or Doug who end up dying in the next episode they become determinant in. I hope they give him a decent send off.
I want to know where Christa is at too!

Christa is obviously going to have a big role in Season 3, most likely being the Mom to both her and Rebecca's Child as well as Clementine Most likely Kenny/Jane will be sent off in a Heroic Manner saving Clem/AJ, idk TellTale could be Cliche or Surprise us all.

I don't think so. My best guess is
her death will be eluded to in some way. She's not pivital to the story and her and Clem were not even remotely close. I'm thinking season three might even take place when AJ is close Clems age in the first game? Would be a cool role reversal.

... well I'm little late to the party. Dammit Kenny! So...
I understand the Jane angle, but between her & Kenny... we've seen what Kenny went through. We haven't, with Jane. She should NOT have left the baby in the car. She was asking for trouble. I let her die by Kenny's hand. Is he mentally unstable? Yes. But he's my bitch. I didn't know you could go with him, at the end, as an option, but it makes more sense, to enter Wellington with the baby, and let him go on. It's what he wanted, and he'll surely end up in season 3. He can't fault you, for doing what he wanted. Kenny is seriously the man... he got the car working, and is the longest running character. I'm not siding with Jane, over a man who watched his son turn, and his wife die, and still has a reason to live-- with a kid that isn't even his. That he let go- because he trusts you. He had no regrets walking into the snowy abyss, and I doubt he'll hold a grudge in season3, when I emerge with the baby, and reunite with him.
Kenny all the way.
