So far I'm down about 50 dollars in the Waffle Order and whenever I ask, people don't have PayPal.
So from now on, if you don't have a PayPal, you won't get the games.
I agree with AJ for the most part. No one should have to be required to provide the shipping fees to send out the same game multiple times as it is retired.
On the case for those that do not have Paypal, Its free to sign up and free to use. All you need is an email address and a bank account or credit card.

I was not aware that Sniper had retired. I gave DWG my list before any of the games I wanted were retired. That said, I also volunteered to get all my games AFTER everyone else, before retirement, so I apologize if a game was sent to you as retired before I got it, that should not have happened. If you would like me to send you the money, I will do so. Any other retired games from my list, please let me know, and I will wait until at least 3 are with you to save myself the money.

I had misread your list when I shipped out Sniper to AJ. It was my mistake and I sent AJ the money for the shipping fee for the game to be shipped to you. I apologize for my mistake as you should have gotten the game sooner.

Just spent some time attempting to contact members that I have not heard from in some time to see about getting some more games moving.
We are getting close to having all games in retirement. Are there any members that can think of ways to get new members interested in this thread or anything we can do as incentive for the current members to donate more games?
Also, any members that are interested in updating their list of games wanted. Please contact me so that I may update them.
As of right now I do not want games shipped to the following members. I will state the reasons why and split them into groups. For the members that I have been unable to contact in the past couple months I just sent out another message today so I certainly hope they will reply within the next couple weeks. If not, perhaps another member knows how to get a hold of them

I had sent them a message last month to get an update on the progress of the games they had and there were no replies. This is why I sent another message today. Its possible that the messages were just overlooked or missed in some way. That is why I mentioned that I am hoping I would get a reply within the next couple weeks.

I can get Braz and Sulli for you. I talk to Braz in Parties all the time and Sulli is a friend of mine, lives about 18 miles from me.

I wouldn't mind starting this, but I'm just a bit confused on how all this works as far as donating and trading games goes.

There is no trading. Once you donate a game, it's property of XBA and you cannot get it back.
As far as getting games, just make a list of what you want and when it's available it will be shipped to you, there may be a time limit on how quickly you'll have to ship out the game.
That's pretty much it.

UPDATE:
Since AJ just announced no trading required. I have removed that part of the how to join thread.
No games were donated last month. Not sure if the Braz still planned to donate Brave: A Warrior's Tale or if AJ donating Brink.
Remember: Each month that at least 1 game is donated I will donate a game as well. if multiple are donated, I will donate up to 5 games.

I thought he meant for the thread. I still think it's wise to have someone trade to make sure they're trusted.
But if it's still a requirement to donate a game then I think it should be ok with people not required to trade once.
