Yes, it requires a microphone. The Rock Band and Guitar Hero USB mics work fine, and the wireless Lips mics will also work. Note that headsets will not work for this game.
As for what it is, uh... it's a party game where it asks you a question and you speak your answer in to the mic--it's supposed to judge whether you are lying or not and gives points based on that. It's pretty stupid, but quick & easy and worth a few chuckles if you have a friend or roommate present.
I was going to buy You Don't Know Jack and I saw it sitting there for $9.99 brand new at GameStop and I remembered talking to Mini about it earlier so I figured I'd grab it for XBA.

Working on some updating. Top Dogs is now off the list completely, he shipped out all his games and they were delivered, so there are no issues. I had a couple shipped directly to a member and a few shipped to me, my lists weren't complete so I might end up shipping a couple of these back out.

I would say to call the post office monday morning with the tracking number. They scan it when it is delivered, maybe he gave it to the wrong address, or maybe he scanned it and didn't deliver it yet, they do that sometimes as well.
