I think the Darkness was a really good game that often gets overlooked. The story is cool although it's a bit WTF heavy and the graphics are just barely current gen, but I think that doesn't detract too much from the overall experience.

I would have to go with Nier. I thought it was an awesome action rpg that had tons of potential. It looked okay, and had very very little glitches. A very solid game. My only disappointment was that it was not much of a world for the story. If it had a world along the lines of final fantasy, it would have made it big.
Metro 2033 was among the list of underrated games in my opinion. Almost everyone I know, hated it. I for one loved it. I sure as hell would love to go back to it for the dlc if it weren't glitched. The game played awesome. Sure it didn't look too pretty but the story was awesome. Can't wait for the sequel.

My Horse & Me 2: Great game I had mad fun with this game it's easy to jump into if you haven't played the prior titles. It also offers a number of customization options. This game seems to get in the 7.0 range but it easily deserves a 10. Never in my life have I played a horse simulation on this level. Overall obtain this game even if you have to swim across the Atlantic.

Condemned 2- It's not as close to being as good as the first, but I enjoyed it.
Deadly Premonition- Just about the majority of the people who played this hated it because of the graphics and controls. The story is great though, too bad I can't fucking beat it since I put it on hard.

I have to agree, I have always thought The Darkness was a highly underrated game. The story I thought was awesome, and the ending to the game are one of the only ones that made me tear up. But I enjoyed playing this game, I bought it about a month ago to play it again but I just haven't put it in the 360 yet.
