First of all, OMG I love this game! Give me more now!!
Second, there not what I would call collectibles. You are given a background on a character to view at any time. They are rewarded for meeting people and making certain decisions. Only one is sort of in collectible form, by this I mean you must interact with something in the environment. Its listed below and contains no plot spoilers, or what it unlocks, just the location it is found. Just incase you want to find it on your own.
When you are inside the apartment, you must interact with the file on the desk.
This game has save files, but you cannot save at any point reload and make a different choice. This requires you to do two runs through the episode. After playing through the episode twice. I believe all but one listed above are gained plot progression. There is only I was not able to get on the first run. I am fairly positive there is no way around playing it twice. Which is not bad thing!!
You have to play a section twice, I would just play the way you want the first time.
Edit apparently there is a rewind feature after completing it
This one contains a Spoiler
Depending on how played the first time, you will be missing one entry in the book of fables. Near the end of the episode you will get into a fight with Grendel. After the fight, you are given the option to show mercy, or put him in his place. There is an entry for each option. Bigby's Mercy is given for stoping, Bigby's vengeance is given for continuing.
I really enjoyed the ride and can't wait for the remaining episodes to be released.
Even with its frame rate flaws its still incredible!
Don't be a Mundy! Play this game!
How long did it take to play through it that you were able to play it twice already? I plan on playing it tonight and was just curious.

Its short well under 3 hrs to get the completion if you use the rewind that I didn't know about. I want to say my first run, of just enjoying it and screwing around took around 2.5 hours. That was taking my time and interacting with everything possible.
My first run took less than 1.5 hours. Holy fuck is this game awesome. I'm not doing cheater Snapple face's hacks, because I actually want to run through it again anyway.
