I was also hoping for a better rendition of the comics, but there is a lot of things in the comics that just can't be shown on regular tv, no matter how late they run it. I am almost certain we'll never see the governor of woodbury, i'm also fairly certain that the young twin boys will also not make it into the tv show. I really enjoyed the episode and am actually enjoying how they're keeping Shane around longer, and adding tension because he's slowly losing control of himself, instead of a big blow out like in the comics.
