I'm glad I have until 548 to get a PM in. Got my PC back yesterday and downloaded my new protection software, ran a full system scan, by that time it was bed time. I'll have 2 hours to get home, mail a game to Bay, and see this image on a screen bigger than 2 inches.

That was from the opening scene when he's rappelling down the side of a building about to pull some cat burglar shit, right? I already sent a guess for #2 but not as sure of myself this time.
edit: Actually, the more I look at it the more certain I did get #2.

i was thinking about making the game more competitive. yall didnt like all the rule changes i made the first time around. but i was talking to Minioger the other day and i thought about
changing the time limit back to 24 hours. The first person to PM the correct answer gets 2 Pts. all other correct answers get 1 pt. the winner is the first to 21 and you have to win by 3 pts. i.e. if two people are tied at 20 one of them must attain 3 more points than the other to win. YES i know these changes are radical, but they intensify the competition between us, yet still make it possible for the casual player ( who may not be able to get online everyday) to win the game!
idk, what do you all think?

I think your proposed changes could work as long as you do the updates and new screen-shots later in the evening or at night when fewer people are at work as that seemed to be the biggest beef with your earlier proposed changes. Also, I wouldn't be adverse to making the total to win more than 21.

The proposed changes could work, but there would also need to be some consistancy in the posting of the new screenshot. The 48 hour time is fine, but I think the scoring should be left like it is. You can raise the number to win from 21 to whatever but the 2 points for the first correct PM and 1 point for all the correct PMs after is kinda unfair.
Just my opinion.

I don't participate in this challenge, but I've been watching it like its own tv show...hoping to have the honor of hosting version 3. I agree with the shortened time but not with the point changing...as some people who would know exactly what the answer is maybe doesn't have a computer readily available until later.

I like the point changes. I think it's very fair. all the people who are saying " what if you don't have a computer available blah blah blah" that's the point! It allows the people who are ACTIVELY participating to be ready and excited to post, but still be fair to the people w/o a computer by still giving them 1 point!
I like the changes Nick!

I don't care about the changes. The only i care about is the movies picked. Reason being out of all the movies posted i have seen 1 of 5. Not very good odds of me winning.

I think what they are saying is if he posts the pic in the morning, a very large percent of people are at work, with no way to post. So far, everyone who has commented is an active poster, in this game at least, except for Katarn.

Challenge #3
also, I've noticed that only 1 person has ever PMed me the answer after the 24 hour deadline, so i think i am going to switch it back to the 24 hours. i will stop trying to improve on the game. a lot of you like Ermac's rules, so i will continue to use his formula. if i ever host another one after this one, I'll come up with all the new rules BEFORE starting the game so we don't keep flip flopping the rules. MY APOLOGIES everyone who liked the 48 hour time limit, it just seems to slow the game down, and so far only 1 person has taken advantage of the extra day.
once again i am sorry for any confusion. and sorry for being such a shitty host.
