The painfully short-lived surreal cult classic series from the mind of David Lynch; starring Kyle MacLachlan as Special Agent Dale Cooper. From the pilot episode scene where they find the crime scene in the abandoned train car where Laura Palmer and Ronette Pulaski were tortured. Deputy Andy was such a softy that he had a habit of breaking down and crying at crime scenes.
Scores updated. I promise that's the last TV series screenshot.

As he nears the end of a lonely three-year stint on the moon base Sarang, astronaut Sam Bell (Sam Rockwell) begins to hear and see strange things. It's not long before Sam suspects that his employer -- the conglomerate LUNAR -- has other plans for him. Kevin Spacy performs the voice work for Sam's robot companion -- GERTY. Shot is from the scene that illustrates one the little idiosyncrasies Sam's developed in his isolation.
We're getting close to the end here with G. Redneck and Valo still tied for first.

Terry Gilliam wrote/produced/directed this fantasy adventure about a young boy who falls in with a thieving band of time traveling dwarves. From the ending after Kevin wakes up to his house on fire and that fireman looks mysteriously like King Agamemnon (Sean Connery) who he met earlier in the film when he accidentally wound up in ancient Greece.
There's still a tie for first! Will this decide it? We'll find out tomorrow night!

The cinematic visualization of Pink Floyd's 1979 double album and subsequent live show. Directed by Alan Parker, it traces the troubled past of Pink (Bob Geldof), a depressed rock star at the end of his rope. With the wall as a metaphor for self-inflicted isolation, Pink is lost in despair, feeling trapped and desperately searching for a way out. From the scene near the beginning set to the song "The Thin Ice", where we see his father die in the war.
Well it's taken 45 shots but we finally have a 1st Place finish! Congrats to Valo who is the first one to 30 correct answers and the only person to recognize last night's shot. We're not quite done yet as we still have a close battle for 2nd place with G. Redneck holding a 1 point lead over Cannibal. The next person to 30 correct answers finishes 2nd.

Please let me know if any of you have trouble viewing the shots. I've had to switch my image hosting site because of some shit with Photobucket changing their servers over or something like that.

Disappointed I couldn't hang on for the tie... but what a way to win it being the lone correct answer.

From near the end when Night Owl and Rorschach are flying the Owl Ship north to confront Ozymandias at his Arctic lair.
Nobody got that one. I'm sorry the last few have been pretty hard but I purposely saved some harder shots for last.

And It's Final!
1st Place - Valo
2nd Place - Genius Redneck
3rd Place - Cannibal
I figured no sense in waiting until tomorrow night since Genius Redneck clinches 2nd Place with his 30th correct answer and Cannibal is awarded 3rd. If the race for 3rd was as close as we had for 2nd, I may have considered extending the challenge until someone hit 30. I had a real blast running this challenge and look forward to maybe running one again later in the year but in the meantime I look forward to competing in the next challenge whenever that may be.

Congrats Genius and Cannibal! I had a blast with this and I look forward to the next Screenshot Challenge. I hope that one day I'll be able to run one of these myself.
