The bane of my existence... Endure

I am having much trouble, trials, and tribulations attempting ODST's most sadistic achievement, Vidmaster: Endure. I am sick and tired of half-a** payers and half-a** internet connections. I also wish more people that already have it would stop being little girls and help those that need them. After the 20x exp event in GoW 2, I have vowed to only play ODST firefight on heroic until one of two things happen, I finally get the achievement or Reach releases. I am requesting aid from any and all XBA members with ODST, with or without the achievement. Send me a message saying you are from XBA and I will put you on my friends list so we can play until I hear the familiar pop. Thank you for your support of my endeavor.

If this is the bane of your existence, you have problems... This achievement was mediocre at best.. I'll help if you invite whenever I'm on..

People don't owe you anything. If you didn't help them for two hours get the achievement, why should they help you? Especially when you call them little girls? Not many people will help someone with this kind of attitude. Especially with your reputation. Like AJ said, this wasn't a hard achievement to get. Yes, it is the hardest vidmaster, but mediocre like he said.
My problems have been with the other three people playing. People not committing enough time and leaving mid-game, or connection drops, or falling asleep. I can do it fine, I average 10 deaths or less through set 3. I could probably do it on my own. I have helped many people on my friends list get many achievements, some that take much time and skill, most I already had. I just want some of them to at least help me once, even though they swear to never do it again. I would like to know what this reputation is, especially since I have never felt particularly welcome on he site.

I don't care who you are, there's no way you're doing this achievement on your own... In fact, just because you said that, you've lost me as a helper. No one is doing this by themselves. Good luck now, you stuck up fag.

Well more than four friends on my friendlist said that you've bailed on them once you got your achievement. One person told me you balled in the middle of a game once your cheevy popped. Leaving the other boosters without enough booster to finish the event.
I've heard from MANY other XBA'ers that Apophis bails whenever he gets his achievement. Just a helpful hint when people are inclined to help him or assist in any way.

To get things straight, the by myself part was a joke because it requires 4 people and I started the thread to find people to help me. I thought that was clear. I am sorry you feel that way AJ, I know that you had no problems getting it with some good friends while you sat in a corner, LOL, but thanks for your help with Deja Vu. I am not going to try to defend myself from the accusations, I am used to them by now. However, I will say that most of the boosting I have done through XBA has been for long term achievements in games I had for a limited time. I also thought I made that clear to the others. I am sorry for the misunderstandings, again that I am used to by now.

Well, Apop, you know I need it too, and would help, but you know my availability window.
It just sucks when some of us ask for help and hear the phrase "I'm done with such and such game, you should have been there when I did it."
If I had that attitude, there would be a good amount of people on this site WITHOUT the General achievement on COD3.

Definitely COD3 Achievements! that took a lot of team work. I know I don't attribute enough of my time to boosting but Im usually available, kinda depends on if im in the mood for the type of game being boosted.

Thanks for helping with Deja Vu, btw. I don't understand that phrase either, but I do understand time conflicts. We can find a time that works for both of us. How is COD boosting going? I haven't heard anything in a while.

I think that's pretty funny seeing as how I was the core of my team who I got it with. I think it's funny how you think you know when you're the one with the reputation who leaves after you get your achievement...
Also, it's funny that I did MOST of the work while getting you Deja Vu, so I don't know why you think it would be the 3 other people who got me Endure... Funny how you restart the mission when we're DONE. You're bad, I can't believe anyone still helps you with achievements seeing as how we all know you leave when you get yours...
