I've been reading peoples' reviews and they're saying the game isn't worth 60$ because it isn't "a full game" (due to the fact that two expansions are being released later). Can anyone comment on how they feel about this? Is it worth 60$ or should I wait to see if Blizzard packages all three parts together in like a BattleChest or something?

They will eventually bundle it into a battle chest like they did with WC Diablo and the first ST, but by eventually I mean no time soon lol. Maybe half a year or so after both expansions are released. Btw there are two expansions?!

StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty is what just came out. It is the Terrans' campaign in single player, but you can use any race in multiplayer.
Yes, there will be 2 more: Heart of the Swam (zerg) and Legacy of the Void (protoss).
I have read tons and tons of whining about this decision, but if you look at actual facts it's pretty clear to see what is going on. Just like the original StarCraft, Wings of Liberty has 30 missions in the single player campaign. What is new is that you can choose your own mission progression route, and there are some adventure game elements between actual game missions as well as an upgrade system that lets you strength certain units or powers based on how you like to play.
The vast majority of reactions and reviews I have read say it's a solid 10-12 hour single player campaign, which is also the same as the original StarCraft.
I guess people are just mad that Blizzard gave them info too early?
If you're a fan of StarCraft's single player/story, then wouldn't you WANT each race's campaign to be three times as big?
If you only like StarCraft for the multiplayer, then all you have to do is buy Wings of Liberty and just download b.net updates later. It is possible Blizzard may renege on this later, but I think right now there's so much backlash because there's no easy way to pirate SC2, and much of the vocal gaming crowd has this absurd sense of entitlement.

Yeah I bought this today and I'm an absolutely loving it. All the missions are different and interesting and there hasn't been a boring moment yet. I also tried to play a Multiplayer match and got destroyed. Didn't even last five minutes lol.
