for anyone who doesnt kno, there is a great spot to knock out PEC challenges, just load up level 6(white box labs) and kill the guard outside, climb the building and get to the room where the 3 guys are with the breakable sky roof window, at this spot u can knock out a ton of pec challenges and everytime u kill the 3 guys just hit restart from checkpoint and it saves all ur progress on ur challenges, just rinse and repeat goin for different pecs such as death from above, 3 with one grenade, 3 with one remote mine etc.

trying to go for these two Splinter Cell PEC Challenges:
-Finish a level without being spotted and without retrying.
-Finish a level without firing a shot and without retrying.
now my questions are: does it count as being spotted when the game is scripted for the enemies to know Fisher is in the area? (like at the end of Kobin's Mansion), do gadgets count as firing shots? and can i do the no shot challenge in the first level where they teach you how to mark?

I got both of these in one shot on the begining of the Third Echelon level where you plant the C4 in the parking garage, also got the car alarm PEC on the same one at the begining to get one of the gaurds out of the security booth then just walk past the other . . .
If you do kill any gaurds just make sure they are in the dark so the bodies are not seen that ends the level.
I noticed they didn't pop up on the screen but when I checked after they were there . . .

wait......so one section counts as a level for those challenges??! -__-
i was under the impression that you have to finish an entire level listed on the scene select screen

I rented this game yesterday afternoon and played it all night. It was awesome. Now I'm gonna try out all those other modes. I know I'm not good but it was kinda easy on realistic.

meh, i might have to run one of the shorter stages on Rookie to get those two challenges lol. how hard is the story mode on Realistic anyways, Silent Circus?
and well, i'm sure we can all agree by now that this game is DEFINITELY better than Double Agent lol. as for being better than Chaos Theory, that's very arguable. IMO, i still think Chaos Theory is the best in the series.

realistic isnt hard until like the last 2 levels due to the density of the enemies and the lack of cover/hiding spots. even then it wasnt too hard thought, just requires patience towards the end, the checkpoint system was pissin me off severely lol
