metro 2033.. difficulty 5/10.. its pretty easy on normal... Gameplay 7/10... its very smooth and it plays well and is actually pretty interesting

Mass Effect 3's multiplayer. The free DLC packs that keep coming add interesting new characters, maps and weapons, even if the enemies stay the same 3 damn groups.
Replay value is incredible if you don't mind the stiff, cover-based third person shooting and have some good friends to play it with. Difficulty is a little absurd with less than 4 people but it is adjustable and having high-level characters and weapons helps a LOT.

Take a look at the skyrim thread, there's plenty of advice and notes of everyone's mess up's in there. Save often!!!
On topic: Im working on Game of Thrones right now. Not very difficult once you get used to the crappy combat system. I'd say there's very little replay value after you finish it, but worth a rental.
Im also finishing up some achievements on l4d2 & crappy warfare 3.

Tales of Vesperia - 2nd playthrough. Then once I get the achievements I missed (Character Study, No More Grinding, Monster Nerd, Item Nerd) I'll have to play through it again in under 15 hours (Speedster) for the final achievement.

Took a quick break from Skyrim to run through X-Men Destiny. Difficulty wise its a 1/10 so far; combat is a button mashing beat em up. Achievements are easy to come by, but the game itself is rather lame. There's a conversation system and you get to make choices, but it never really affects anything, and you play as a unique mutant just for the game, instead of an iconic hero. Yea, because that's what X-Men fans want...
