From this article it actually sounds like Bungie has all the power in this deal. It sounds like they used there power to say we get it our way or this isn't happening.

Lol, I don't care much. I liked the first games. The stories were the best.. But Halo 3 multiplayer, eh I dunno... Kinda just went blah. People take it too seriously. I'm glad it isn't Ubisoft atleast.. God, PC DRM on Ubisoft games is ABSOLUTELY terrible. It is the worst thing in the world. It's like renting a game.

Halo Blah halo freakin made xbox 360 come alive (my opinion add on) last game never they'd go till 2012 whenever thats going to happen which isn't going to be in 2012
