I have been making candy for quite a few days. My mom's favorite kind of candy is Sees, so I've been trying to recreate her favorites for mother's day. I've discovered that I'm pretty fantastic at making candy. I've also discovered that honey marshmallows are the best thing in the entire world.

It's time consuming just because you have to keep the heat fairly low so you don't burn it or have it boil over. Today I ruined a batch because I added boiling sugar too fast to the egg whites and it scrambled them. Omg gross! But it's totally relaxing, kind of like meditation, haha.
I actually made a collage of steps to making sea salt caramel.
Because I'm a nerd like that.
