, don't read too much into it, i got a hand full of them during my massive online time with NHL 11, most of it is either people pissed at you for beating them or trolls making their rounds, the first few reviews do weigh heavy on your rep but after a ton of multiplayer time you will se the stars/rep climb back up.like last year during some hockey i checked my rep at the end of a month and apparently a large number of people that submitted bad reviews said i trash talked even though i never use or listen to mic chatter EVER, imo you just need to log in the time and the rep will build if your a good gamer to play with.
He's talking about reviews on TA, not xbox live.
