I believe as long as it doesn't say alarmed you will still get the achievement and remember do not use your gun at the beginning of the game either it counts.

I have read that it doesn't matter if it says alarmed or hostile because that just means what the guards are....it doesnt mean an actual alarm has been set. That is what the achievement states

I got the ghost achievement by total accident it popped when I went home to leave for my 3rd mission lol. Its not glitched I just did a mission ahead of time and no one was around lol

I may have just screwed up. You see, I'm allergic to fish oil and I had my wife go to Long John Silver's today to get me a box of chicken (Yes I know it's a fish place). Well I guess they didn't listen to when she told them "It has to be ALL chicken, no fish, because my husband is allergic to it."
Well they seemed to have slipped a piece of fish in my chicken. I didn't notice it until I ate half of it. The only reason I didn't notice it while I was eating it was because I was eating it with Sweet and Sour sauce and didn't taste the fish until I ran out of sauce.
Last time I had fish oil my face swelled up, my throat nearly closed completely, my eyes bulged out of my head and my face turned really red and peeled. That was only from putting the fish in my mouth and spitting it out. This time I swallowed half a piece of it.
I hope it was only because the fish I tried at the time was salmon.

This is exactly what happened when I ate the shrimp fried rice:
"Mild to severe abdominal cramps, fever, chills, diarrhea (sometimes bloody), watery stools, nausea, vomiting, lassitude, prostration and dehydration"
It was horrible! I'd rather have my kidney stone again than that. I didn't eat as much fish as I did rice though, so it shouldn't be as bad. You can't die from that can you?
My stomach is really starting to burn now.
I'm suing the hell out of Long John Silvers lol
