All the ones that I looked into are all pre-loaded accounts. Sounds too fishy for me.
That's what Rapture was trading here. They're hacked silver accounts. You have to use them all within 24 hours of recovering the account and keep the account on your xbox in order to be able to play them games (otherwise they'd just be trial games if you delete the profile that bought them). You can also get console banned with them.
