Yeah, we got like 10 inches of snow overnight. It's really starting to get old now, way to much snow here, and all this town does is stack it all up on the sidewalks so the only way you can get around town is driving.

Here's the problem in a nutshell...... Gotta guy I work with who routinely f_cks up. Messed up bad about two weeks ago. Why the hell do the rest of us have to suffer through a meeting about that particular f_ck up? And to top it off.... That mofo wasn't even at the meeting!!!! This guy is gonna get someone hurt and we won't be lucky enough for it to be him and not us. Thoughts???

Much easier said then done. The event in question should have gotten him fired and would have gotten any of the rest of us fired. The time before that (where I called him out) should have gotten him fired. They keep this retard around for no good reason. I shudder to think what will happen should something break off.

so.....microsoft made a very clear statement about there being NO WEAPONS PROPS for our avatar....but yet on the marketplace you can find
4 or 5 diff lightsabers
A FUCKING MINIATURE TANK THAT SHOOTS!!! (military section)
banshee props (not in the marketplace but you know what i mean)
a riot shield (not really a straight up weapon per se, but is normally used for semi-violent purposes)
mages staffs
RC-XD (its a weapon, its a dam bomb!)
but yet none of the reg weapons that come to mind (like a pistol, machine gun, assault rifle, sniper, etc)
microsoft, what the fucking fuck? if youre going to have a policy like that, dont tease us w/ "exceptions"
