I got that 1st grader Skyrim today. $20 new. I put a post-it on the front for his Mom, saying as a (future) parent I thought you should know this game is above his age, but I personally don't see anything wrong with it. If I'm out twenty bucks, it's twenty bucks, but by the time he's 17, there's going to be an Xbox Three (in theory). Think about that. I was going to put the receipt in the mail too, in case she wanted to return it, but the nearest gamestop is 90 miles away from them. I googled video game stores nearby... nothing. Technically he's almost in 2nd grade, and I'm trying to remember what I played back then. Contra. Doom. I know it's a discussion we've had before, but I felt giving the parent the decision, and giving her fair warning, is decent enough.

In the end it's up to the mom. She'll let him play or not, and if she does she'll be saved a trip to gamestop. ;p

I don't know what it is about Titanfall, but I have no inch to buy it, & it's kind of refreshing, actually. I get that it's a great game, but I'm personally happy playing through my backlog, right now. I'm sure I'll get it eventually, (eventually = a few days), but for now, I'm feeling like I'm glad it's there, & I'll get to it, when I get to it.

You don't seem like the mp shooter type of gamer that's probably why.
