Yes, I heard about that this morning. They shot it with a pistol in front of the other 7 giraffes, skinned it, and fed it to the lions, where "children could watch". The idiot was even saying it's a good thing, because "kids could learn about the anatomy". Uh huh. Probably would've cost too much to ship it to England, or even if they wouldn't have to pay- too much of an issue for their staff.
