This game is fucken bullshit. I was playing POP for a while till I got bored. I turned it off for maybe an hour or so. After I ate and what not, I decided to give it another go. I turned it on and I realized that the game had reset all of my upgrades. I surfed the web to see if anyone else had this problem.

Supposedly the game is glitched and you cannot turn it off what so ever. You have to complete the game in one sitting in order to get the achievement for fully upgrading everything, or it will reset you like it did to me.

FUCK YOU UBISOFT!!!

No idea what ur talkin about, i played this game within 5-6 sittings spaced out between a few days and turned it off everytime after an autosave and never had this problem? U sure u didnt turn the game off when it was saving or somethin and messed up ur save file? Havent heard of this glitch anywhere but i had no problems

O thats some crazy shit, one of the things i was actually thinking after i beat the game was the fact that i saw no glitches while playing lol ie no clipping or enemies glitchin or anything disappearing on me which seems to happen all too regularly in games anymore. Only thing i missed in this game were like 3 sarcophogai because i wasnt payin attention to the guide i was using for them and missed one at the beginning middle and end of the game, got 950 on one playthrough though.

I've been playing more and more of it and so far it's not good and it's not bad. It is decent. But not on par with AC2. Gonna try to finish it up this week.

Ok, so I was on the last part of the game and all of a sudden the game froze up on me. I reloaded it and what happened? All my upgrades I had vanished! It kinda sucked, but I went on to finish the game, but I would've had everything purchased and would of unlocked the 50 point achievement. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have only played one PoP game. It was for the Live Arcade. IMO it was okay for what it was. I'm thinking of getting this one in the near future. What can you folks tell me about it? Will I be able to pick it up story wise or will I be completely lost? As far as gameplay goes, what game would it compare to?

The game explains its story well enough. It does technically occur between Sands of Time and Warrior Within but you'll know all the story you need to know in the first 10 minutes.

As far as the gameplay, think about Assassin's Creed 2, especially the sections where you explore the tombs to find the seals--most of the game is platforming like this. Then imagine combat with a lot more enemies at once, but at a much slower pace. This effectively describes Forgotten Sands. It actually makes a really good jumping-in point to modern PoP games.
