Sorry to hear about your son in law Jr. But I am glad to hear he is doing ok and that there is video evidence against this driver. That was incredibly stupid on the driver's part, as a cut that large could have had far worse consequences had the police not been there.

thanks for all of the responses everyone, and showing your support.
Last night, I submitted Inquirys to a lot of lawyers, to get some consultations and all, and it seems I am gonna be on my way to speak with Keller & Keller law firm. They seemed to be the most legit on the phone...not to mention, that old guy on the commercial is pretty threatening. lol. but every lawyer on the phone, says we have a case. And I am sure most of you figured, because of the bus drivers bad move with putting him back on the bus and driving with him, to finish her stops.
Anyways, once everything is said and done, I will update with what happens and what route we will be taking.

Dude, I hope all is well with you and your family. If I were you I would want this bus driver to get fed to Piranha, legs first. Looks to me like you have a huge settlement coming your way. Take a closer look into what percentage the ambulance chasers want. They may take as much as 60 - 70%.
