Well said, but no one again mentioned that it is protocol to call for back-up if there's more than civilian in question. Hell, it's protocol to call for back-up if it's one person and there's reasonable suspicion that they're dangerous what-so-ever!

watch the video again and let us know at what time he was allowed to call for back up. It was just for jaywalking, and if I was in that position, there is no way in hell I would have thought it would have been that much trouble over jay walking....but then again, I would have slammed her on the hood of the car, slapped the cuffs on her, and accidentally banged her head on the top of the door as I was putting her in the back of the car.....AND had it all video taped so Melissa could see, lol

Perhaps your judgement is skewed due to you having a friend or misguided respect for cops. Cops more often than not think they can "pick out" trouble makers, and then when they find nothing of intrest they slap you with some bullshit fine and continue on to Dunkin Doughnuts, they put their life on the line my ass. More often then not they call in sick to work and get paid for it, or are as crooked as the people they lock up. Due a google search of how much rope policeman get with fucking up on the job and the slack would be long enough to hang 200 people.

Are you retarded? All cops do. Even tho it might be A LOT more relaxed for some cops. Like the ones in big peaceful rural areas, or silent suburbs.
