I must ask... My aunt and uncle live in Mt. Pleasant, why does everyone in WI have a police scanner?! I didn't even know what one was until my uncle showed me, lol.

It's mostly the older people...
my Dad has one and he uses it whenever he hears sirens...
I didn't think it was just a WI thing...lol

lmao I don't own one 
well my parents kinda do but it's because my dad is a fireman so it's a Pager not a scanner. We used to have a customer that would ask me to look up the Scanner frequencies so he could sit at home and listen to the police chatter. I guess wisconsin is full of Nosey fuckers lol.

That's fucked up.
It's a little malicious but here's my idea:
Take a trash bag and tape one edge to the dumpster lid and the other to the inside rim. Then take a bunch of food coloring or bleach and pour it in the fold so when they throw the lid open *splash*!

I must say...I do like that idea...food coloring would be good. Bleach could burn a little, don't want that lol.

wow lol I'm glad they come and pick it up once a week here last month we found a old coffee table that had been broken in half and shoved into our dumpster and had to wait 2 weeks before it was bulk pick up week, I thought that was bad

lol everyone calling me Mr. is kinda getting weird but anyway I'll let my parents do the figuring out. Like I said we really didn't want to get the police involved but if need be then we will have to go that route I guess.
