Next Gen System, what do you want to see?

I was thinking about this today and I honestly don't know what I want rather than allowing the disc to hold more space to make the content deeper and I would also like an improvement in graphics but I doubt they have even maxed what they can do on the current 360. Let me hear your ideas, should be interesting, I'm gonna send the suggestions to microsoft.

I would have to say the following would be nice...
- More in-depth story lines
- More friends than just 100, even I have to give them msp for it, lol...
- More storage space, like 1-2 TB. the more the better.
- Backwards compatible, so I can play my xbox 360 games
- A way to get all of my saved games and arcade games to the new xbox.
IDK, that is all I can think of for now...

A console with less flaws, the Xbox 360 always had or has a problem with it. Consoles should be made to last until the next generation arrives not just 6 months or so. Xbox Live should not be free, it shouldn't be so expensive though. What we pay for is better servers and higher levels of security, two things Sony should learn from Microsoft. I agree with what OGL x Grim said about HDD space, I'm sure Microsoft will allow you to install your games on the next console like you can on the 360, with that being said I'm pretty sure games will be much bigger in size than current generation and will need a bigger HDD.

I really want to see some Dashboard customization. I want to be able to add/remove/organize tabs and tiles where I want them.

I don't want a tray. I want to insert the disk into a slot like the nintendo wee wee. Less moving parts means less breakable parts...right??

That's such a pain in the ass, though. I've had to perform emergency surgery on my wii a dozen times, when 2 games were "accidentally" put in at once, when money has been shoved in the slot, and pulling various foodstuffs out. Never had any of those problems with any 360 I've had, and most drive failures are lens or spindle issues, which would still exist. I'm sure m$ will do it, people have complained about a tray forever... But it won't fix anything, just make the problems harder to fix without sending the console in.
As far as storage space, ms isn't making a secret that they're pushing cloud. I'd be shocked to see storage over 1T (and why would anyone want to pay for it if cloud is free?)

My first and number one thing for the next Xbox would be that it's a game system first and not all that other crap. Give me all my game stuff on one page.
I want to be able to download new games from the dashboard market place the day they come out.
I would like a smaller sized system that is more portable with out a power brick that you could kill someone with.
No gimmicky crap like face plates or anything like that.
And lastly I just want the Damn thing to work. I don't even want to think about how many 360's I've had. The next Xbox I want to just buy ONE, and have it for five or eight years or what ever the next cycle will be.
