I would love to see a new game about the Pendulum Wars as well, it could maybe even be a $20-ish DLC pack that has its own mini-campaign and some era-specific maps & weapons.

Epic already announce there will be a campaign DLC that follows characters from the comics, not Marcus, Dom, Baird, or Cole.

Well the DLC is going to have to take place after the GoW3 story, since its supposed to follow michael barrick from the comic series. Hes a stranded who enlists in the COG. The stranded formed after the hammer attack.
