News, What would YOU like to see?

As one of the newly selected Staff Writers for XboxAmerica it is our duty to bring you all the most interesting and up to date news as soon as possible. So here's my question to all of you out there...

What kind of news are you most interested in reading about? You can select as many options in the poll as you like and if you have a different suggestion please post it in a comment below. I look forward to hearing everyone's suggestions!

I can't believe I forgot to put something like that. But I was trying to rush to get the poll made and I quickly ran out of ideas for choices. The main reason of this thread is to find out what everyone is most interested in. The "other" category is mainly for suggestions about other news articles that people would like to see. AKA - Things I forgot to put in the poll.

I think what Crawford is trying to ask is what do you want him to focus on?

Obviously all of the above should be stuff that we cover in news, but if there is something that should take priority we as staff would like to know.

Adding new writers should help us make sure more of these articles get out there, instead of the few writers being overwhelmed and busy and publishing nothing...

Well if that's the case... then I guess ima gonna have to pick upcoming game releases. XboxAmerica is almost always the first website I visit when I jump on the computer, and the only thing I really care about in gaming is whats coming out next.

Many XBAers don't always have hunnerds of dollars laying around to bounce off of new titles, so it always helps to have some opinions to help sift through the crap. Even if a person may disagree with a score, an in depth review can still shed much insight into the things that may or may not be important to them personally.

I agree with this.

If I had more time myself, I would have tried to become part of the staff and shed some light on the new releases. That's usually the first thing I look for.

I don't think a review can ever be completely unbiased. I mean lets face it, it is someone else's opinion of a game. But I'm with you on trying to be as unbiased as possible

I dropped a vote for other, I'd like to see game rumors as well, especially for highly anticipated games.

Examples of this could include Assassins creed 3, the new Ghost Recon etc.

Just a thought, it would be nice to get my rumors on here so I don't have to search for them myself.

Upcoming Game Releases, I'm never good at keeping track of what games are coming out soon and whatnot. All are good suggestions though.

I think reviews were kind of a given, and Crawford was thinking more from a straight news perspective. You know, like "what do you look for on an Xbox news site?"

Personally, I'm not a fan of publishing rumors as news, but that's just me...
