Aye, my two roommates got kicked off Live and can't get back on.
It took me 3 attempts but I finally got the entire update and was able to sign back in to Live after a lot of tries.

I never had to go to Xbox.com. It kicked me off for the update, then kicked me off an hour later to accept the new terms of service but always let me back online instantly.

Yeah, I got kicked off for the update while I was away. I was able to DL it without any trouble. It did seem like it took a while for the terms of service to come up in the box before I could accept it. I even had a few things in my active download queue and it booted them back up right were it cut off when I was kicked to DL the update. My first impressions are very meh but then again I felt the same way with the previous updates that changed everything around but eventually got used to those so it's only a matter of time before I get used to this shit.
