I just thought of another award, Breaking News- get 750(or 1000) views on an article. But I think there should b a new award mechanic, make the awards hidden til someone gets it. I might b pushing it with either of those but I thought they could b good.

I would be against that as I think:
1 - people would do what TD said just for the award and
2 - people would submit articles hoping for the award. I don't want to wade through more articles just for people to get an award.
Not to mention that for a news article the most views I have is 850 or so. Have plenty of threads in the 1000s, but articles get looked at then you move on.

Exactly that was want i was thinking. I didnt think far enough that ppl would send in stupid articles just for the award and u would have to weed through them. But I mean look at the article award we have. I didn't look at how many ppl got it and that why I said blike 750 views and I mentioned what I think of ppl who do what u illistrated as point 1.
