Yeah, definitely going with Mortal Kombat. I've always preferred Midway's (or NetherRealm now) ballin' games over the Street Fighter and MvC series.

For quality purposes I'd take MvC3 over MK easily, I just don't see MK being that great nor does it look very polished yet and the player models look like they move around too clunky. Let's face it, MK hasn't been very good in quite some time, I'm not that big of a fighting game fan so I could care less really, I'm gonna try and get MvC3 tomorrow from Gamefly though and I'll do the same for MK, definately wouldn't buy either for full price though since Idc for fighting games.

I have always been an MK and tekken fan but I still enjoy MvC and alittle bit of Street Fighter but for me there hard to get really good at so im gonna just stick with Mk for my birthday and gamefly MvC.

I enjoyed MvC3 a lot, but after getting all but the last 3 Achievements and not wanting to finish the mission modes, there wasn't much left for me to do except play online.
MK has a long, fun story mode and the challenge tower, and these are in addition to beating the arcade mode with each character, plus it even has a tag combat mode that makes it feel like MvC in a way, so it feels like a better game overall.
Both are awesome though. I can't believe how crazy the visuals have gotten. I remember the first time I saw screenshots of MvC3 I thought they were rendered cutscenes.
