I think Homgren's gonna come in and tell Mangina how he wants to run the team and if Mangina can get on board with that he might keep him around another year. If not, then Mangina can resign and Holmgren can bring in a coach of his choice or if he hires a GM then he'll let the GM hire a new coach.
