The legal action going on has to do with the future of the Call of Duty brand . This isn't going to cause them to gimp Modern Wwarfare 2 in any way, although it may eliminate any possibilities of future DLC.

mw2? beginner friendly? dude wth have you been playin? halo is more beginner-friendly then mw2! in mw2 you have to be like AT LEAST a 30 to have decent stuff (or atleast have cold blooded) in halo the guns are on a map for EVERYONE to use, you cant spawn w/ your super-pwnage-rapin-babiez class, youd have to go get it. but in mw2, you can spawn w/ your super-pwnage-rapin-babiez class and own up on the noobs who dont have hardly anything to use.
idk what game you playin thats "beginner friendly" but i sure as hell know its not mw2
i hope this dont happen tho...mw2 is like all i play xDD

Exactly IW left Activision , but Activision still owns the rights to the COD/Modern Warfare. As Meta said they are trying to work out what they are going to do about future games. This what I heard on another site I doubt they will lock the servers down.
@SetsunaFSeiei Are you trying to say MW 2 is not balanced? If so I agree, that's why everyone likes it you don't have to have any skill. Gears and Halo it's far game for the weapons of the map, and in Battlefield every weapon/class has pros and cons. Like Taco said you can spawn with whatever you want. As far as "user friendly" I disagree, yes it may not take skill but a better term would be unbalanced (dunno if this what you were trying to get at).
