I'm currently trying to download iOS 7 for the third time now. I'm hearing extremely mixed review. Who has it and what do you think? I've heard on one side its a cheap dumb attempt to look more like Andriod's OS with a lot of redundancy and unnecessary crap. But then I've heard that it is better on the eyes, easier to use and overall worth the update.....

It took me several tries before it finally downloaded and then several more tries before it finally installed. It looks very different, iTunes Radio is pretty cool but it's basically just like Pandora. It added a bunch of new ringtones and alerts, the "windows" you get by double tapping the home button is gonna take some getting used to.

i'm pretty much used to it already now. it was a shock at first and it felt weird, but now it's just there and its whatever. it feels kind of cluttery to be honest

I don't really see where cluttery comes in yet? It looks exactly like the last iOS with a can of white paint thrown on it, everything else except closing programs works the same basically, and it's running fast as hell on my 4s.

Yeah I don't get cluttery either. I think the opposite, all the borders are removed so it seems bigger and more open, IMO.
Ummm but my battery is seriously hurting. It's dropping 5-7% every 10 minutes. I can watch it drop. And I turned off all the background refreshes and everything and it hasn't improved it at all.

I dislike how it blurs the background when notifications are on the phone. Runs/looks like an android, yet Apple is supposed to be a leader not a follower. Lags a lot more. Background sizes are different and screwed up now. So much at the moment, but future updates can fix most of these. Hopefully Apple will learn people want more battery life!! haha

Yeah, battery life is my top concern right now. That and my eyes being confused
