Final Fantasy XIII. I LOVE the game, but oh my god, the achievements are time sinks.
To top matters off, I sold all my jewelry to get extra money to upgrade my weapons. I figured that I could sell everything because once you hold it once, it counts toward the Treasure Hunter achievement and then you can sell it. Turns out, I shouldn't have done that. So now, to get 1000, I have to play all 50 hours of the story again to get the "Treasure Hunter" achievement as you need some jewelry pieces to disassemble to get their components to be able to make new items.
Sigh.
I already have almost 80 hours sunk into this game (55 of them were just playing the story). I'm not sure if I have the stomach to do another 55 hours again again. I may just get all the achievements except treasure hunter and then come back in a month or two and replay the story.

Perfect Dark Zero, I can't stand that game. I put the game back in about a month ago to work on achievements, but I just couldn't do it. That game sucks so much balls and I don't see myself playing 1000 games of deathmatch. I'll stick with my 180 points for now.

I'm SO done with Dragon Age....so it WOULD be my luck that there is new DLC with achievements. It's a good game but seriously? AT LEAST 3 playthroughs? I could recite the story in my sleep.

^Hahah that's a good way to go about it! I used to often do the same thing on some boss battles and stuff, and as soon as I came back to them a few weeks later, I would beat them on my first try!

I am so friggin done with MW2.... I don't play it, but EVERY SINGLE OTHER PERSON I know does... Can't bring myself to buy another multiplayer game since I know no one is going to be playing it... *rage*

Pick up a copy of BFBC2, if you hate MW2 you'll love this game. And it has a strong online community.

im done with GH5 cuz i can get the online achievements, no one friggin plays band v band or any other online games, i guess ill just get as many achievements as i can and hope to some how max it out
