That was kind of what I was getting at. Something that could realistically happen, not like rapture or whatever.

Attention and money I guess. I heard the organization that old dude had, had millions of dollars worth of donations.
So lemme get this straight.... you and I could start some company.... let's name it Doomsday Enterprises, we can then pass the word/donation box saying the world is gonna end on
xx/xx/xxxx and dumb asses will give us money??? WTF are we waiting for???? Lol

Yes! Lets do it!
There has also been guys who built underground vaults (cheap ass cemented holes) and they guaranteed them "nuclear proof". Those mo-fo's sold those puppies for like $25,000 a piece... and they probably only cost a few hundred bucks to make lol.

LOL! Yup, and the next time some douche predicts the end... just go and find some nuts who believe its actually gonna happen.. and sell your hole! You gotta tell them crazy shit so they'll actually buy it. Like God told you to build these holes... and that these holes are the next Noahs Ark LOLOL
But to actually answer the question: "How do you think the world will end?"
I think before the world actually starts to end.... there wont even be enough humans around to care. We'll all probably all be dead from some full out nuclear war.

Depends on what you mean by that. I think humans will meet their end by global warming either by us causing it or naturally by the sun getting hotter. I don't think we are smart enough to find another planet or moon to move to that will keep us safe. If theres any chance at all of humans surviving it will be by machines, self replicating machines. We could make them and they could copy our dna and it would allow us to go anywhere in space but technically it wouldn't be us anymore or would it?
The earth on the other hand will last much longer but that all depends on how you define the end. In 5 billion years the sun will be so hot and so big it will roast this planet and all that will be left is melted rock or lava. Technically though the earth will still be here just not in the form we knew it as. For the earth to finally meet its end will be so far in the future they don't even have a number system for it. Slowly the planets and stars are all moving further away from everything and eventually everything will be so far apart even space time itself will rip apart and by doing so will rip apart the earth, the stars and every single molecule everywhere. Thats just what I think
