So you're giving up on a tag that has 193,000 gamerscore because it's going silver? That's has to be the most retarded reasoning I've ever heard.

Why don't you reread the first post before you start to use the word retarded.
Why don't you go read tadpeters' account bio. His tadpeters account has an 86% completion percentage. That's better than probably 95% of anyone with over 150k. So starting over for 100% can't possibly be his actual reason, and if it is, it's fucking retarded. Mini might as well start over to get another 5.xx% for a 100% tag.

I already read his bio on his tadpeters' account. he's starting a new account so he can go for a 100% completion. Not because his account is going silver. He's just letting everyone know that his accounts going silver because hes starting a new account. Theres probably too many hard completions to go for 100% on his old account. Is it so hard to just say "welcome" in an intro thread without being an ass.
Seeing as how making more than 1 account is a ban worthy offense and how he couldn't possibly be smart enough to just change his username and/or gamertag on his other account, there's only one word to describe his actions - RETARDED.

First off, you can't win an argument by going off topic. You called him retarded for making a new account due to his old account going silver. I told you to reread the first post. Thats not the reason why he made a new account. It doesn't matter if you think he's lying. Its unrelated to the argument. Second, you should reread the TOS yourself.
Also, while your at it. Check out the Code of coduct. I copy and pasted everything that related to you, which happened to be the whole COC
Now check out that last quote. I have no idea how you managed to make it past 10k post with the way you act here. I've had friends at XboxAmerica get banned for doing the things you do on a daily bases. So don't start talking about other people needed to be banned because of the TOS. If you cared that much, you would read it yourself, then ask Mini to suspend you. Of course, you think your above moderation.

Be considerate. We all want to be able to enjoy Xbox America unmolested. To make this a reality, everyone must always be considerate and respectful to others. Avoid being disruptive and avoid detracting from others' experiences.
Be tolerant. Not everyone is looking to get the same thing from their experience at Xbox America and not everyone is used to the same social customs as you. Xbox America is a diverse community and so it is important to respect others even when their demeanours might be irritating.
Flight before fight. Altercations are inevitable. Some people aren't willing to exhibit restraint when dealing with others over the internet. If you find yourself the victim of someone's abuse, don't seek retribution. Tell a moderator or block communications. Don't fight. If you fight back, you're equally culpable.
Stay on-topic. No one likes to have their thread hijacked and abused. Respect others' threads and try to remain conscious that they too are looking for a positive experience from Xbox America.
