FYI, Band Hero is much easier than RB2 or GH3. And I believe there are only one or two Achievements related to Expert play--you can do the career(s) on any difficulty you want, even Beginner.
Matter of fact, this and Lego RB are the easiest music/rhythm games I've ever played, and I've played GH2, GH3, GH:A, GH:M, GHSH, GHWT, RB, RB2, AC/DC RB and Beatles RB. And DJ Hero.
