For the Came to hear me beg cheevo, you have to sprint off the side but make sure to hit the sprint button again in mid-air to stop sprinting or it wont count. I did it a few times before I read that somewhere. I almost was going to give up because it was frustrating. Than the next time I landed it and stopped sprinting it popped.

I pushed the button to stop sprinting as soon as I jumped off before I started falling. I had some trouble lineing up and reaching him but it was super annoying to hit him with it and for it not to pop.
