Yeah. We used the IGN setup. Just modified the enemies to all be elites. The bonus round was all hunters. As long as everyone playing has an explosive weapon, it will only take 30 minutes or so. The more people the faster it will go.
I did the bonus rounds as all elite generals (and every wave as elite generals) and I finished by myself in 15 minutes. With two friends it took 11-12 minutes
That was actually really fun. Got a ton of killionaires in the proces.
Oh and loving the game so far, been playing legendary campaign with friends so we've only gone through a couple levels. We're enjoying the crap out of the MP.

It keeps track of stats and it unlocks specific armor for you in game such as the CQB Helmet
You simply unlock achievements and it slowly ranks you up

Beat it last night, the first half of the campaign was a bit weak for me, but after mission 5, holy shit its amazing, the ending is the best I've seen.

Elite Generals.....that's the key. The one I got had them all set up as Grunts and I kept thinking....these points are going toooooo sloooooooow
