Gamer Picture issue

I purchased the AFC West picture pack from the market place.Well um as you can see by looking at my gamerpic Cleveland isn't in the AFC West :baffled:

.I see my gamerpic on my xbox as being the Denver Broncos but everyone else sees the browns.Anyone else have this happen before?!?I know I could phone MS but really what good is it?It says no refunds I just want the Denver gamer picture.

Oh, and I re downloaded and still no dice.

I understand that however, I have both of them set to a Denver Broncos Gamerpic.Like I said Cleveland isn't in the AFC West either.

Maybe download the Cleveland gamerpic and see if it works. Microsoft could of switched the code on accident. Funny how Cleveland (Ohio) gets more advertising. Maybe MiniOger is behind it. LOL

Well I spent a hour on the phone with MS and they told me to do everything I already do and still nothing worked.They guy connected me to a "specialist" and he was like clear your cache and re download the picture pack and reboot the xbox.I did it and still nothing and as he told me this he quickly ended are conversation before I could report that it didn't work.He gave me a number but I don't care they can shove the 80 points.However, lesson learned no one download the Madden picture pack.

have you tried viewing the picture packs on xbox.com?
not sure if they'll show up correctly or not, but you can always view some of them there before you buy them. in this case though i'm not sure how it would work, and they don't have every picture pack. or at least they didn't last time i looked... which i think was back when i bought my FEAR pack, lol.
