During the day is ALWAYS your best bet, most kids are at school, if you can, call around 10:45, that's always worked for me. 10 minute hold at most.

Lol they'll fuck it up! Last time I had my mom call to get a coffin for my first box she ended up having to pay even though I had a warranty. I eventually got the money back, but parents are st00pid, lol.

Hell yeah they are, earlier today I had told the whole story of what happened to my father atleast 5 times so he could get the story straight, when he called Gamestop he told them he had a problem with redeeming points. When I just finished telling him what everything was called. I ended up having to talk to the guy and he told me I should contact microsoft. Anyways I guess im just going to get my moms friends husband to do it tomorrow. He's a car salesman so he can for sure persuade them to give me the codes.
