A good set of games! Unfortunately, I already have 2 of them. Anyway:
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime looks like it will be a really fun coop experience as you work with someone else to steer a spaceship, exploring and shooting aliens. You can also play it alone, and hopefully the AI is decent.
Secret of Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge is another quirky adventure game from Ron Gilbert and LucasArts. More humour, more puzzles, more Guybrush Threepwood!
Project Cars is... a car game. I'm not sure what the gimmick is that separates it from Forza or GRID, but the graphics are nice. Looks like the focus is track racing on asphalt with high tier cars.
The Force Unleashed is an excellent action game even if you aren't a Star Wars fan. The protagonist Galen Marek, aka Starkiller, has a lightsaber for melee kills and a variety of upgrade-able Force powers. About halfway through the game you are able to decide if you want to go towards the Light or Dark side, and aside from the story there are also some fun challenge missions.
