Random note, its not on the press site. The statement that this "leaked" from the press site does seem pretty weak as its not like we just browse through whatever we want while there. For us to download anything we have to have a specific password to log us into a specific ftp site just for us to get the material.....
So, I'm calling BS at the moment.

If, IF, this trailer is real, it seems pretty weird that its being seen now since Skyrim hasn't even been released. Thats why I know its fake, theres no way Bethesda would take steam away from an Elder Scrolls game. Interesting idea, although, I'd rather see a Fallout game set somewhere in Europe, like France or Italy.
